Keys Contracting Services are constructing the 12 new Maison Residences to be situated alongside the 9 units constructed almost 20 years ago. Maison Residences are scheduled to be complete in 2018. The oceanfront three- and four-bedroom residences range from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet, and begin at $2.2 million. Maison Residences Condominiums are located at MM 80, Islamorada.

FINE DETAILS
The Maison Residences will feature quartz Caesarstone. The brandname quartz, considered as good-as or better-than granite, are resistant to scratch and stain and nonporous. Because of the material’s durability, it can be sliced thin and still stand up to extreme heat and cold. In addition, they are nearly maintenance-free. Homeowners can forgo the onerous annual sealing treatment required of granite.
