After a busy holiday season, heading north to The Eagle Mountain House in Jackson Village, New Hampshire, for a weekend of skiing seemed ideal. Freezing temperatures forced us to spend a bit more time inside to enjoy our historic accommodations for two days. The Eagle Mountain is located in Carter Notch, with views of the Wild Cat River.
